Five second floor offices located in this historically significant and newly restored building in the heart of Phoebus will soon be available for rent.

These five offices - located above the Phoebus Coffee House - offer convenient access to area interstates and are a short distance from military bases and other federal installations.

While the offices vary slightly in size, each has been refurbished to meet historic preservation standards but updated with modern conveniences.

A new heating and air conditioning system has been installed and the entire floor has been completely rewired.  Each office also has telephone, cable and CAT-5 outlets that tie back to common service panels.  One restroom serves the second floor.

Hardwood floors in each office and in common areas - all dating back to the building's construction in 1911 - have been restored and refinished.

Except for telephone or cable service, all utilities are included.
