We welcome your interest in Phoebus, and hope you'll join us for our 39th annual celebration.

If you're a vendor, please click on the link below to fill out an online application created as an Adobe Acrobat form.

If the Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed on your computer, click here - Adobe Acrobat Reader - and follow the download and installation instructions provided on the Adobe web site.         

If you wish, you may simply print the form for submission by regular mail to the Phoebus Days Committee.

Food or drink vendors should be aware that the Hampton Health Department also requires that you have a current state permit, and that you complete its two-page temporary food sale or distribution application.  For more information, click here.
